While I've always held that comic book fans in general, and Daredevil fans in particular, are an incredibly creative bunch, I was still very pleasantly surprised when this set of custom trading cards showed up in my mailbox. Bill and I had traded some emails after he picked up some standard trading cards from me, and he sent me a custom card that he'd made.

A short while later he put together this entire set! My only regret is that the set isn't larger. Thanks again, Bill, for a great addition to the Resource.

In addition to the creativity this set of cards displays, the time and energy involved in the endeavor should also be noted. Any of you DD fans out there who think these sorts of little projects are simple or at least just plain fun and no work -- see how long it takes you to find just the right images, scan those images in, adjust them in Photoshop (or whatever your particular favorite image program is), etc. for just one card. Now, multiply that by 17 cards. I bow humbly in your direction, Bill.
