POGS

Marvel Tazos (1980s Argentina?)
?

I'm not sure if the set shown below is the complete set of tazos or not. The image is from an auction on ebay. The characters shown in this set are:
(row 1) Invisible Girl, The Beast, Hercules, Colossus, Capt. America's Shield,
(row 2) Ghost Rider, Conan, Sub-Mariner, Mr. Fantastic, Shang-Chi (Master of Kung Fu),
(row 3) Capt. Marvel, Daredevil, Scarlet Witch, Moondragon, Hawkeye,
(row 4) Black Panther, Thing, Cyclops, Yellow Jacket, Nova.

Daredevil ("Dan Defensor") is the second image in the third row down.

Marvel Superhero/Supervillain Pogs (1995)
produced by ?

I haven't been able to find out which set this pog belongs to. The pogs are silver foil at first glance, and unless you hold it at just the right angle, you can't even see the image. The images are holographic. The disks themselves are made of a stiff cardboard.
If anybody recognizes which set this came from, I'd love to hear from you.

Marvel/DC Superhero/Supervillain Tazos (2003 Peru)
Peruvian Hi

Tazos are apparently close relatives to pogs. I picked this one up from a fellow in Peru as part of a set of about 30 tazos featuring Marvel and DC characters. Are there other DD tazos in this set? I wouldn't be surprised, but I really don't know. The back of this tazo says "Peruvian Hi" in a logo style font, "TAP" in the center, a big "30", and then "...el Exportation Colection" in small letters. Can't read the first part - "model" maybe? - as it's behind the "30" number. These tazos are made of plastic with sticker images affixed to the front.
If you know anything more about this set, I'd LOVE to hear from you.

Daredevil pog Daredevil (& Elektra)
art: adapted from ?

The image on the front of the pog is obviously based on the Daredevil movie versions of both Daredevil and Elektra. I'm not sure where the actual image comes from, however.

Marvel Series 1 (2006)
produced by Funrise Toys

A company called Funrise Toys relaunched POGs with images from NHL Hockey, Marvel Comics, and other properties. Their official page is here. The Marvel set includes 60 pogs. The backs are holographic foil with a 2006 copyright and the image and info from the Official Global POG Assoc.
